JUSTIN was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, and moved to the Philadelphia area in 2010. Justin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University in 2010, with a double major in Political Science and History. After graduating early from Duke University, Justin attended Villanova University School of Law on a full scholarship, graduating with his J.D. in 2014.

At Villanova, Justin was a member of the Moot Court Board, and competed with the National Trial Team for two years. In addition, Justin worked as a law clerk for Post & Post, LLC, from 2012 until 2014, while attending law school. Justin has also worked with the Defender Association of Philadelphia as a certified legal intern, where he conducted preliminary hearings and trials, and litigated motions to suppress, in Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Justin focuses his practice on the defense of medical providers and health care institutions, and has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including appellate issues and filings.

Justin also litigates cases of employment discrimination and civil rights violations on behalf of employees against their employers. Justin has also successfully sought reversal on appeal of the denial of his clients' unemployment compensation benefits.
