Andrew was born in Bristol, Pennsylvania and was raised, educated and has worked his entire life in the Delaware Valley. He is a partner at Post & Post LLC.
Andrew has in excess of 30 years of experience in the litigation of complex cases, including medical malpractice, healthcare administration, medical devices, commercial litigation, contract law, civil rights, clergy-child abuse, psychiatrist malpractice, transportation, toxic torts, general liability, aviation law and equine law. He has successfully tried many cases in the trial courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the state and Federal appellate courts. Andrew has also worked as in-house counsel for a major hospital system providing advice and expertise on claims handling and internal health system operations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Andrew also lectures on medical malpractice and has written articles for medical journals. He is a licensed pilot and also a lifelong member of The Civil Air Patrol, a civilian auxiliary of The United States Air Force and has served as their National Legal Officer, rendering advice and expertise to the organization and its Board of Governors.
For many years, Andrew has been named a "Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine and in 2010 he was named one of Pennsylvania's "Top 100 Lawyers." He has received Martindale Hubbell highest rating of "AV", for professional excellence in both legal ability and ethics.
Andrew is a 1984 graduate of LaSalle College where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology - Criminal Justice magna cum laude, and a 1987 graduate of Temple University School of Law.
