Joe was born in Jericho, NY, but has lived in the Delaware Valley for most of his life. He is Managing Partner at Post & Post, LLC.
Joe has in excess of 30 years of experience in handling complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice, accounting malpractice, products liability, toxic torts and general liability. He has successfully represented and defended numerous physicians in various specialties, as well as a number of hospitals and health systems in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, in both state and federal court. He is "AV" Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for professional excellence in both legal ability and ethics. He has also been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2022 through 2024.He has also served as a senior member of a national counsel group, advising large corporate clients, primarily engineering and construction firms, on their national litigation. He supervised legal work performed by attorneys across the United States and has been admitted pro hac vice in California and Kentucky. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. Prior to attending law school, Joe practiced as a CPA in the Philadelphia office of what was then Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, a multinational public accounting firm. His extensive litigation experience has included the successful representation of accountants and accounting firms in professional malpractice cases.
Joe is active in the Notre Dame Club of Philadelphia.
