Alexia was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Post & Post, she was a litigation associate at a medical malpractice defense firm in Pittsburgh where she handled all phases of litigation.

Alexia graduated from Allegheny College in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and English. In 2022, she graduated from Duquense School of Law. While in law school, she served as a research assistant and manager of the Veteran's Clinic. She was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board, and was admitted to the Louis L. Manderino Honor Society in recognition of her Moot Court accomplishments. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
